GAME CHANGER!!!

Product - it doesnt feel and look second hand at all, or that it needed repair! Looks brand new.
I have very stubborn carpets and bought 2 hoovers before this and did nothing at all - total waste of money - a friend recommended this and it is such a dream to use. Highly effective in both wooden floors and carpet.
And I just love all the other gadgets it comes with to clean other types of surface.
Cleaning is now a dream!
