Good piece of kit
Can be used on the majority of flooring with secure footing. Each level is secure so if used on a polished wooden floor I would imagine that the grip will keep the step in place. I was after using just the lowest level and it's ideal, adding the risers as I progress. Also it can be used as a bench for chest strength exercises and more!
