A very challenging video!
As a long-time FIRM user, this has got to be one of their most challenging videos yet! Lots of cardio (on their step/Fanny Lifter) and of course, with weights. This is a compilation of several other FIRM cardio segments, perfectly timed and put together. This is not a beginner video, but all their videos can be modified (by using no or low weights, lower or no step height, and low-impact moves). If you have weak knees, bad back, or sciatic issues, I suggest watching the video first so you can plan for any modifications. This video does require some practice, as some step routines do require more coordination and confidence/familiarity with step moves. The FIRM has long been no longer in production, but their program has withstood the test of time--the science behind the series works.

A great lower body workout and easy on joints
I love everything The FIRM and this video is no exception. What makes this video nice, is it's done entirely from a seated (on their Fanny Lifter or step stool) or lying down position. You get a leg workout without the strain on your knees that squats and lunges can bring. This video includes legs, butt, and abs. It is quite challenging, but I would rate this as a beginner/intermediate level. Advanced users can increase the dumbbell weight.
It is not a complete body workout. It is a "parts" video as there is no upper body training or cardio. The only standing moves involve the warm-up, which is low-impact and easy on the body. I recommend you pair this with another upper body workout or use this video for just leg day. I use this video with The Firm's "Upper Cardio Split" which is another FIRM video that separates their upper and lower body workout segments so you can divide the work or do both for a complete body workout. Combining these 2 FIRM videos allows me to get upper body, cardio, and lower with less strain and impact.

Great AB video!
If you are a fan of the FIRM, you'll love this video. It is a solid beginner/intermediate ab workout that you can still modify to make more challenging. I recommend using this video with some of their other Body Sculpting System titles that do not include ab work or for the ones that are just "parts" videos like the "Lower Body I & II" workouts. This video has a complete warm up, cool down and stretch.
