A must buy!
I purchased this for my sister's grease themed hen party and it went down a storm! Some amazing pictures were taken! Highly recommend :) simply unfolds and is easily held in hands at the sides. Really good quality thick cardboard too!

Amazing kanna give it a chance
Wow i wasnt expecting alot but wow amazing! Try all the different ways to take! 2 out of 3 methods worked for me. I suffer with medium to high anxiety with only 2 hours sleep a night. This is amazing honestly. I have been able to stop what I was having before in total!!!!!! It's the same effect. Very small negatives I did have a little sicky feeling and a funny tummy but very bearable.
