Seller's EXACT words, "Hello, this is my first time as a seller on Ebay and I really regret to inform you that I have to cancel your order with me and refund you. I’m just a new seller and wasn’t really sure how to estimate the price of this and I under priced it a lot. I’m so sorry for doing this".
