Reliability and durability issues
I purchased the ATOTO F7 XE 7in double din stereo on November 4, 2023. The unit initially worked flawlessly. After two months the stereo has begun to freeze. Since the unit doesn't have an off button I have to pull over and shut the engine off to reset it. It will work fine until the next time. I have contacted ATOTO through their website but no response. One primary reason for purchasing the ATOTO brand was because of positive customer support and stereo quality. In my case neither qualities are true. I would caution anyone purchasing ATOTO products. Once you purchase their products you're on your own. What I thought was a decent affordable product turned out to be expensive experiment. I will end up purchasing another stereo.
