  I ordered a Lisa Frank binder from this seller. Before purchasing, I reached out about the condition of the item and was told it was in great condition. When it arrived, there was a large cut in the plastic of the binder. I reached out to the seller and she told me she did not know it was there. I do wish the seller had been a little more thorough. The damage seems very hard to miss. I can see now in photos that what I thought was a wrinkle was actually a cut.
