Brand new and price was good!
Wearing this inserts helps so much that I no longer use a cane to walk. These are brand new and the price was pretty good. I always buy a pair to have extra on hand if need be. Shipped on time as well.

Nephew's birthday present
Buy every year for nephew's birthday. Thought I was going to have to down size this year from 6.7oz to the one below it, because prices are so high....but, found it here and at an affordable price! I was so excited!

Lightweight with great features
Heats up quickly, lightweight and leaves everything CLEAN. I have found that I do not have to lean over as much nor get on a step stool to reach high places. The steam has a long reach which means I use less energy myself. Love this steamer!
