My heel feels better BUT.....
I noticed a difference right away. I had no problems with my heel after walking all day with these BUT....others had mentioned their little toe started hurting (hoping I would be lucky.. NOT). Mine started hurting about 3 hrs in had to keep adjusting to stop it. But all in all I loved these until the dog ate them after 6 days. I recommend them!!!
