I was having memory lapses, losing my train of thought in the middle of conversation, searching for words, forgetting what l wanted when l walked into a room for things, having brain fog, etc. Cognium Memory Suplmt has helped me regain my cognitive faculties. I'm no longer forgetting things on the stove and worrying what is happy to me. The product is a Godsend but don't expect a quick fix overnight.
