I'm glad I got this. The reason why I have given it a 4 and not a 5 star is because it took a while for me to understand how it actually worked. Hence, setting it up took a while. A manual or a note with a link to how it could have been set up to use properly would have come in handy. However Youtube came to my rescue here or else I may have been forced to return the item. Needless to say since its proper set up with adjustment to the line - A, B, C, D, E, F, G - (I'm not sure if this is what its called), sound and mic volumes at the bottom of the charger, it has been working quite well. All in all I am pleased with the product.
