Easy to Use
I'm not tech savvy, but I bought this as an easy way for me to lug around a bunch of books without taking up a lot of room. This is sleek, lightweight, and easy to use. I went through the instruction manual that came in this device first and I was good to go.
The instructions were easy to understand and since they are already downloaded onto this device, I can refer back to it whenever I need to and not worry about losing the instruction manual.
The battery life is awesome. I've had this for a few weeks, read 7 books, and it still hasn't died! The screen is great for reading because it doesn't hurt my eyes like when I'm surfing on an iPad. It's very much like reading a book.
The prices for Kindle books are great and affordable and their Kindle Unlimited subscription makes it way too easy for book-lovers like me to keep reading new books all the time. If you read two to three books a month, the Kindle Unlimited might be a great way to go. It pays for itself.
I can't say enough about this device. It's easy to use, simple, sleek, lightweight, affordable, easy for my eyes, etc. The only thing is that I can't see the screen in the dark, which would be the same with a regular book. One could use a book light/lamp for that. It's easier on the eyes to use a light/lamp versus having a backlit screen I think.
