Not sticky enough to stick!
I know it's not 3M, but it's unusable for outdoor application. I use this stuff all the time (we strip and repaint heavy equipment) and this no-name roll is not safe for anyone to step on. I can't imagine what it would be like after the 10 year 'weather proof' warranty is up. You'd have to go find it decaying in the mud from when it fell off the machine 9 1/2 years ago.
Not safe.
