Board OK, not all jumper leads good
The breadboard is fine but, surprisingly, not all of the jumper leads work, so you have to test them for circuit continuity before use.

These sponges are OK
It's good to have a stock of sponges because they wear out rather quickly. These sponges are OK for general use.

Great value for money
I needed a lot of LEDs as an economic price for a hobby project. These fit the bill. There were hardly any duds and the show brightly in all colours.
There is no spec with them, so I determined experimentally that the blue and green LED can take up to 80mA without burning out, and the Red one as much as 140mA -- but I don't recommend going that high. As little as 5mA is enough to light them quite visibly (e.g. for indicators), and at 20mA the blue and green are pretty bright. The red one needs a bit more - 30mA to achieve the same subjective brightness.
The forward voltage is 2.05V for the red at 30mA, varying about 10% for lower and higher currents; for the blue and green it is 3.02V at 20mA, dropping to 2.5 green and 2.7 blue at 3 mA; up to 4,0 green and 3.8 blue at 80mA.
