Cast iron just makes you feel more real
Some will not like cast iron cookware. I have made a point only to use cast-iron cookware - I want only "real" things in my house and the loaf pan fits that description perfectly. It is solid, made in the USA, and with care will last a century or more.
There is a myth that cast iron cooks more evenly than other metals. That is simply a myth; cast iron will cook hotter in some area than others. That being said, the loaf pan is well-made and I have baked several loaves in it already with excellent results.

The hyped flat-mouse - meh!
The problem is in the mouse wheel and the click area.
The mouse wheel is very awkward to use even after a week of self-training.
The click function - is only at the very edge of the mouse. I'm constantly clicking on the "non-clickable" areas of the mouse and then have to rearrange my hand position on the mouse so my index finger gets the proper click area.
Compare that to, say, the Mac trackpad where you can click anywhere and the right thing happens (either left- or right-click).
So the mouse is usable but not nearly as great as some reviews led me to believe.
It is a good value - at least on eBay for $20. Certainly *not* a good value if I had paid list of $60 for it!
