A great book for sufferers of back pain
I was surprised by the engaging style of writing. Although tackling a complex piece of biomechanical engineering, this book has been written in a way to make is very accessible to a wide audience.
Having followed some of the recommended exercises, I am already feeling benefits

Wonderful
Absolutely stunning picture quality. So much better than my (now rather elderly) Samsung Tablet that it replaces.
I've pushed it quite hard to test the battery life and it's laughed off my feeble attempts at battery depletion.
