Big mess up
I was looking for tablets. Caps are no good because your stomach wil kill all the bugs. I was looking ONLY for tablets. It said "tabs" butwhen I got the 3 bottles i ordered they were all caps. No good at all. Can't survive stomach acids. I called Puritain pride and they couldn't find my order. I gave them every number i had. They couldn't find it by my address, my Cc #, my order #, my tracking # or anyting thing. Cindy was in So. Africa and very nice.she talked to her Supervisor. Couldn't fine me anywhere. So i'm out the money but i do not was to say anything bad about the Co. Or the product. What i think happened....it was posted as a tab. But they don't have tabs. So somehow it was put on the website incorrectly. But why was their no record of my purchase. It sure hit my bank! I would still reccomend Puritan's Pride. They really tried to make it right. Where did my info go? So.....keep your envelope and everything until you make sure everythg is OK.
