Bought a broken Item

Good day. This DVD player was delivered at my home via courier yesterday (16 May 2019) I must say I am very disappointed on manner of packaging. It was not done properly and I assume due to this the player got damage. 1. One corner of the front face is broken and the broken piece was loose in the package. 2. Underneath there is clips to keep the front face intact - this is totally broken off 3. The left side panel is bend away from the chassis. 4. There was also a loose broken off plastic piece coming / fell from inside the player - I don't know where this piece fits. I include pictures as proof. Please advise Regards Andries Struwig
