Every Window Should have one
I searched widely and found that this unit has good features and lots of options. There are 2 fitting sets for different types of windows, be sure to get the right one. I was able to use this with an old Double Hung Sash window, even though this was not one of the supported types. Choose the motor unit by the maximum distance to open the window. I chose 100mm as we need ventilation but don't want someone getting in. One button for Up and one for Down which is open and close. There is a pause control so the window can be stopped at any position and wired remote control connections so I am also running this on a timer which opens and closes the windows each day. The unit is quiet so it doesn't disturb sleep. Good help from the supplier in China who was able to answer my questions. Despite drawings, the descriptions are not in English so you need to ask a few details such as the power connections. Be aware that self installation is only for practical people who have some electrical and carpentry experience like me. I'm thinking about doing more windows now that I know this was effective and is a great product.

Everything feature of large camera in my palm.
I have 2 large cameras which I love but they're too big to carry with me all the time. I wanted something small enough for the coat pocket or brief case. My phone, though good in daylight, doesn't make sharp pictures at night. After a great deal of searching camera specs I found the Panasonic. On paper it seemed to be perfect with a large, light collecting sensor. Once I had it in my hands I found that it does everything that my large cameras do. The lens is tiny but zooms out to an extreme wide angle which is perfect for small rooms and grand panoramas. If I ever need one, there is a huge range of lenses that I can buy. Amazing how good and flexible this camera is!

Flexible Wifi Bridge and Repeater
Very flexible repeater and bridge. Access to a 2nd Wifi access point from your PC is easy to configure. Runs fine from a USB or a plug pack. It has now run for weeks without crashing so software seems very solid and stable.
