A great DAB antenna product, much better than the no-name or cheaper alternatives.
Bought this for an add-on for a Dension DAB receiver box in my '95 Jaguar XJ12. Did try a screen antenna but it was hopeless. Only received stations when the car was not moving, but in most cases when I've tried screen antennas I've found this happens.
I'd read about these adaptors and they are used in various other guises by the likes of Audi and BMW.
Took a slight risk as I didn't know if my metal retracting antenna was an amplified model or not, however apart from getting power to the adaptor the installation was easy.
I now have almost perfect reception, the odd drop out in areas where coverage is not great but otherwise I'm very happy and no extra antennas on the car.
I had one of the other cheaper versions on my other car and for sure I'm going to get another one of these and swap it over.
