Good product, shipped timely as promised.

Good stuff. I live in Mexico where I cannot get buttermilk, so it's great to be able to have this on hand.

Fekkai Techician Color Care Conditioner is a great product but this particular batch seemed very old with strange texture

I've used this product before and loved it, the fragrance and everything. Originally I had bought an 8 oz bottle at Marshall's. These are 2 oz bottles and I got 10 and it was a great deal. They seem old or something, like the conditioner has been sitting around a LONG time and separated or something. There's no date on the bottle. The texture is kinda weird with some stiff clumps. I tried shaking it to smooth it out and maybe I need to shake it really, really hard. It still smells good, is a pretty pink color, and seems to work ok. I have a hard time finding a conditioner that is anti-fade for colored hair - I live in a very sunny, hot climate and am outdoors a lot and like this product, however with reservaions. So I like the product, but am not thrilled with this batch. Fekkai is a great name and this conditioner seems to prevent my hair from turning red and brassy.
