I offered a partial refund, he chose not to look at photos . Im on holiday and he didn't even allow me time to respond. I am unsure why the packaging is mentioned as they are all packed to allow no rokm for movement. But again he chose not to mention this to me.

excellent item although batteries drain very quickly and button to activate sounds and lights sticks.

this model must have been stored in a damp environment as the transfers disintegrated when wet.i obtained new transfers at a cost of £9 online.
