Product needs its own chiropractor
I'm REALLY glad I received an email to review this product because I've been meaning to do just that and perhaps ask to return it. The box they shipped it in was too small, so the head and neck (which are basically hollow plastic) had to be bent to one side to make it fit. I have no idea why they did this. Now mine has a permanent bend to one side. I bought it for my wife, thinking it would be a better quality. After I took it out of the box, I figured it would bend back, but it did not. (Note: it looks like my pics are coming out sideways for some reason, but you can see that it's bent significantly.

Torn covers
I wouldn't have bought these had I known the covers were badly torn. That definitely wasn't in the description. I was going to give them to a couple of my AP Lit students who enjoyed Hamlet. Not now.
