  Buyer received item, supposedly broken (even though it was thoroughly tested before being sent!) insisted on a full refund and apparently threw it away even though I’d made it clear that for a full-refund, it had to be returned. I offered a partial refund and for them to keep the item, but wasn’t good enough. Lesson learnt: consider issuing refunds if you know theres nothing wrong with the item!!
