Very happy to have found a copy of this book
I have a nine year old girl and a three year old boy. They both fight over this book! I am so happy to have found a second copy so they can each have one. Why do they like this book so much? Well, they enjoy the unique, eccentric characters, they like the basic story line (a butterfly cleans up a small house and turns it into a friendly hotel and adventures ensue), they LOVE the climax of the story (I won't spoil it for you) and how the problem is resolved. It is one of those books I bought on a whim from a dollar store several years ago and I had know idea how loved this book would be by both of my kids.
