Luckily I was home when the item was delivered. I don't blame the seller for this but proportion the blame with royal mail. With no tracking updates I had begun to wonder if I was going to receive my purchased item. The item was as described with no issues with it.

Very effective at its job
This is my second chunky fleece dog dryer and they are way more effective than towels.
The only thing that would improve this one is slightly smaller hand pockets for better purchase
