  I did contact seller and got all around bull I won a bid on a purse 8.00 then was charged 20.00 to ship it I felt as I have been ripped off the shipping was not posted until after payment no where was it mentioned beforehand or I never would have bid on it Seller blamed it on Ebay, said she was only making 5.00 on it and would send me half of that if I wanted I do not believe a word of it and have never ever paid for anything online without seeing total bill first but not this time .Taught me .

  Reported buyer to eBay. Buyer waited 3 days until after item shipped, then threatened to leave negative feedback because she thought the shipping was too expensive. EBay clearly posts when buyer pays shipping and that shipping rates are based on buyer location. Buyer could have cancelled order before item shipped but chose to let order go through and then make threats.
