Awesome cables, not an easy install for some.
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich Ok, I’ve been a roadie on/off 50y as of this year. Yeehaa. I’ve seen a ton of bike cables on a ton of miles. It would appear very high grade steel/materials make these cables. Here we go...if you want the absolute tightest, most accuate rim braking, just buy Yokozuna Reaction cables...awesome in all ways, best I’ve used yet. If you use an electric tire pump and your local pro shop adjusts your seat for you, read no further...buy these cables and have your tech install them. Why? Hey, I’m no weenie but this brake cable housing is STIFF. Stiff as in it dislikes bending...period. Brake cabling my trusty Parlee z4 which is usually a breeze was a teachable moment, even considering all cabling is external . Lol. Plan on making AT LEAST 2 cuts each cable and move slowly doing it. A 1/8-1/4” can make a very big difference. Once done & tuned...oila, smoking great stopping power & modulation, none better. These cables somewhat improved shifting yes but not as noticeable as brake performance. I noticed no quantum difference from other pro grade cabling yet also a somewhat stiffer housing and the grade of steel cable was of very high quality steel/winding. 5 out of 5 stars. Perhaps one day they can engineer a more user-friendly brake housing. 😎

Nice
I use it with a light cable to lock my very light weight road bike. Low weight is important as I carry it while riding. Lock works great but not for long term high security. Would buy again.
