  Shipping box was too large for item as well as 3 pieces of foam that seemed like something they just wanted to add to the box, not to actually protect the switch. Condition of switch, dustier than a dumpster. Appearance: Looked like it was stored in a warehouse with a fan blowing every inch of dust in the building. May have more to add whether or not it works when I try to power it on after cleaning.

  So it got there in good condition but you complain about packaging. You then proceed to take it apart before even trying it and complain it's dusty inside. Surprise any IT equipment that is used and has fans that draw air through it get that way inside. Even your home PC. You got a working used switch that wasn't damaged in shipping for $99 vs $3000 new. Exactly as advertised.
