Missing the battery holder

Good enough
The flashlight is good enough for its price. It is not even close to 10000 lumens.

Not really a mini turtle !
SRPC37K1 (made in Korea?) is very different from SRPC37J1 (made in Japan). It looks similar with the J1 but the K1 version has almost the same dimension as the SRPE93 (which is the regular turtle). If you are buying the mini turtle because you have a smaller wrist and you prefer a smaller face watch, make sure you buy the J! version. Otherwise, you are better off buying the SRPE93 (the current generation of the turtle.
