A good OS, but set up was stressful.

Windows 10 is a good OS, but I kept getting random freezes and BSoDs after set up. The many solutions I found online didn't seem to work. Tried updating Windows 10 to the latest version to fix it, but the mentioned problems almost didn't work (safe mode with networking didn't allow Windows to update). I'm not exactly certain, but one lucky try with Windows update managed to fix the freezes and BSoDs. The problems with installation are enough to take off two stars.
With that aside, I have to say Windows 10's interface is good. Better than 8.1's interface. Sure, it's not on par with 7's, but if you have general knowledge around Windows OSs, then you will feel at home (more or less) with Windows 10. People love to complain about Windows interfaces, but I always got the hang of Windows interfaces throughout the different iterations.
If you're considering Windows 10, be prepared to face possible technical issues. Try to get a tech savvy person to help you should problems arise.
