Excellent value
Device is very fast - it runs Linux and runs as fast as laptop computers I have that I have paid $1000 for.

Great workout
At 56, I may not have the abs of a 20 yr. old but I feel great and look even better ! Love this workout... I use it after I do my P90x3 workout.
