Good eBayer, but shipment was poorly packaged in a shirt box which was too flimsy to support 2 heavy books! Fortunately, the postal system re-papered/taped the box so it could arrive somewhat intact. Ultimately, the books arrived safely, but only because someone at USPS took the care & time to repair the seller's inadequate packaging job. In future, please ship heavy items in a sturdy cardboard box! Thank you.

Overall a positive outcome. I received the package with six Fostoria crystal glasses three of which were broken. although the seller and I disagreed about the cause of the breakage she was willing to work with me and refunded half my money. Too bad these lovely heirloom items are no longer with us!n
