Easily the BEST Indian Cookbook!
This purchase marks the 3rd time I have bought this book for myself! The first one was borrowed and never returned, the 2nd I gave my son when he wanted to learn all of the ins and out of Indian cuisine, and I am anxiously awaiting receipt of this one back into my personal library.
It is an all-inclusive primer for those who have never prepared Indian cuisine, covering cooking techniques, spice blends, preparing paneer, and so much more! This book is a MUST have - I have sucessfully used this book as a springboard to make my own signature dishes as a vegetarian. I have converted a number of the meated dishes successfully and to the delight of my guests.

Excellent reference for daily Celtic living!
This book is beautifully full of Celtic history, celebrations, stories & family crafts. I highly recommend it for anyone of Celtic descent who wants to connect to their roots.
