2 CDs, Bonus Listening Pleasure. For ELP lovers i recommend these CDs
Emerson Lake and Palmer are my favorite band in the world and only 1 of the trio is still alive. So listening to them is a True Pleasure so I thoroughly enjoyed both CDs.

Food is one of the magic components to being healthy.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich It will take me some time to read it fully and absorb it. There is a wealth of information to help me stay healthy and I like the approach of not demanding I give up certain foods and explaining what foods can help. My goal is to not to take any pills. The Natural approach to being healthy is what I want and this book gives that to me. There are some nice recipes too.

Another gem for lovers of Emerson Lake and Palmer music lovers.
Some nice old tunes by Emerson Lake and Palmer. I mainly bought it for the picture of the group. I have almost every ELP CD that's been released but I hadn't seen this one before. Nice addition to my collection.
