easy to use
It fits on the visor and flips up and down easily. You won't bend your placard and it's out of view when you aren't using it. The card is easily visible from outside. My card didn't fit on my rear view mirror so this was perfect. I never have to look for it and it's easy to pull down. Love it.

great bag for recycling esp.
While not crystal clear, they are clear enough to use for recycling and a re very strong. I especially like the tabs which makes it easy to tie together. I also like the fact that thy are not on a continuous roll so they are easy to separate from ach other.
