  The shipping cost being quite high is my only complaint, but I was surprised when I saw how big the box was so I suppose it was necessary! Everything arrived in excellent condition "like new" and as pictured - only 1 card took a beating from the shipping. The unpictured playmat is actually massive and big enough for several players, which was a nice bonus. Shipping was fast, and the seller was prompt to respond when I had questions. I would definitely do business with them again.
