Worst product I've seen , don't buy it

The non drip lid , drips and leaks , it keep hot for about 20 minutes , nothing different then A normal cup , it's not thermal to keep warm it's not non drip , absolutely rubbish , I've binned it already

Fitted well, pushing top to get full power is awkward , power is very good just handling it is very awkward, without power is a very bad dribble of water , thinking of just changing the head .
