Emotionally provacative
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I've been in love with this soundtrack since I first heard it when seeing the movie for the first time on the big screen when I was 15. It completely captures the severity of the times, while conveying an appreiciation of the majestical sweep of the landscape.

Tremendous addition to anyones film library at a great price!
This movie is on everyones top ten list. Argueably, the best movie ever made. The plot is not complex, but the characters are well defined. The Max Steiner Soundtrack set the bar for future movie soundtracks. The public demanded that Clark Gable be cast as Rhett Butler, a role he didn't want. Every role , from major to minor, was extremely well cast, and it showed in the final result. The third DVD in this set deals with the making of this Classic. A real treat for movie history buffs.

Fresh approach to a familiar storyline.
First of all, I'm a sucker for zombie movies. But somehow there's an originality about this series. Good acting and writing have a lot to do with it. Plot and character development also add to the quality of this series. I look forward to next season !
