Easy to use and does a good job.
We purchased this bissell when our twenty something year old bissell developed one more issue on top of three roles of duct tape repairs on leaking hose etc.
Set up and use is straightforward and instructions are clear and easy to understand, very easy to use. Carpet seriously looks like new and its just so nice to once again have the old cushy carpeting back.
It's really hassle free to use, except the attachment hose comes off to easy.

They do a good job.
These things are great within the scope of the tool. Bigger jobs are easier if you can do it with the larger tools.
Tedious, slow, time consuming but when nothing else will do.., a life saver.
