The female sockets are tricky to solder ...
The female sockets are tricky to solder and care is needed not to melt the insulation. The male sockets are a lot better with tabs to solder onto preventing melting of the plastic insulation.

A nice compact reasonably priced little unit.
Its quite a nice little unit and does what the product description says it does. The fan is not that intrusive but it does not fit my drinks can holders but then I never intended to put it there.
Price for price it appears to be good value.
However, the voltage in the car battery needs to be kept up by running the engine whilst using the converter otherwise the converter shuts down. This is in common with most other converters.

Good product.
A good replacement for the original leaky seal. The seal was delivered promptly by Royal Mail.
