I contacted the seller 8 days after purchase to find out if the item had been shipped. Seller stated they couldn't find item and asked for a few more days to find the item. After 3 days with no further contact, I attempted to cancel the order. Cancellation was denied because it was after the expected delivery date. Seller did not respond to the cancellation or refund requests. I had to request a refund from Ebay.

After purchase, seller indicated wrong shipping quote was listed (media rate). Seller asked me to cancel transaction, however eBay error message indicated '...too late to cancel'. Purchase and shipping cost was promptly refunded by eBay, but only after waiting for estimated ship by date to expire.
