The Fitbit was dirty, moldy, and the rubber was extremely degraded. I tried cleaning it with warm water the rubber disintegrated to the point I had to throw it away. The wrist was stuck and would not detach for a replacement. Definitely not in good condition as described and not worth the price.

All I get is my customers telling me they can’t hear me! I was so excited to get this item only to be let down. So disappointed.
