  Complete scam artist . Clearly stated PS5 was in hand . Shocking that after payment is transacted I get a message the supplier didn’t make an expected delivery .violating eBay’s policies on products in hand not good ! Reason given is damage and are quick to refund sure because they want to keep the scam alive but I’m out the money for 3-5 business days thanks to their scams . eBay should close accounts like this that clearly make false listings . In my state this is a crime under bait and switch

  I explained to the buyer that due to logistical issues out of my control, i had to cancel his order. The money was refunded to the seller immediately and i provided a screenshot confirmation. For some reason, the buyer believes i did this intentionally so that i could some how benefit from his purchase. Money received from sales is always handled by eBay and only released to sellers 3 business days after the sale. In this case, the sale and refund happened within an hour of the sale.
