A Goof buy if you do not have difficulties with your hands.
It is difficult to give a definitive answer to the first question. The book is cumbersome and difficult to handle because of its sheer bulk. The only practical way to read it is on a table.

A big disappointment.
The location, theatrical production, costumes and musical accompaniment was excellent. But the whole production is spoilt by all of the lead singers being no more than singers found in any chorus.
