Great integration with Fitbit Dashboard; helps stay on track
Once I got this synced up with the wifi and phone app I like the way it integrates with the Fitbit dashboard.
That being said I had some trouble getting it set up and work completely. I believe the problem was a poor WIFI access but the Fitbit support staff was fast to respond to my requests for help specifically confirming that I was following the proper process.
It took a day or so fro the WIFI to allow everything to work but it works great now.

Next best thing to being there.

Exact replacement and good value
Exact replacement for my dysfunctional original. This one did not have battery cover as advertised, but I used the one from my old one. Good price too.
