I try my best to post items the next day after payment obviously bank holidays and Sunday there will be delays. I recycle and reuse as much as possible when it comes to packages, boxes , bubble wrap paper etc. I keep receipts for proof of postage and forward them on to the buyer via email through ebay if required.
