Excellent for cooling
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Used for fat PS3, replaced existing thermal pads in the PS3 system with these. Can easily be cut to size with scissors. Didn't think these would work very well at first as the consistency is more akin to blutack, however it does work - I used these and turned the system back on, the fan was noticeably quieter. Afterwards, in combination with replacing the thermal pads within the console I also replaced the thermal compound (Arctic MX4) and now the ps3 is fairly quiet. Amazing what you can achieve or fix learning from YouTube. Recently purchased a ps4, so when the warranty runs out on that and the unit starts to get too hot or loud, I'll be replacing the thermal pads using Gelid Solutions and the thermal compound myself. Bought myself a backup pad for the future
