  Product is great quality and has been my go to since the first order. I’m writing this review however to praise the seller on their communication and issue resolution. I had an issue with the last order going missing (courier Evie’s fault not the seller). I raised it with the seller and they sent me a replacement out straight away that has not arrived, even though Evri was at fault. Kept me up to date throughout and replied quickly. 11/10 customer service

  Item great and received in good time. Only issue is that the EVRI driver left it the house side of my gate at the bottom of my drive despite me having a parcel box next to front door & requesting it be put there. I’m going to stop buying from folk that use EVRI if they don’t get their act together - I’ve reported it twice now☹️
