Good but too easy
The characters on your squad act as continues. There are 19 playable ones in all, which is way too many continues. On my first play through I only lost four guys. On my second playthrough I lost two. When you continue the boss fights after a character dies, you literally pick up where the last guy died. The boss' health does not regenerate at all, but you have full health and ammo with every continue. That being said, you can stand in place and just shoot and continue on repeat until the boss inevitably dies from getting overwhelmed by your continues. The weapons are not balanced. Every new weapon you pick up becomes the new best weapon. Towards the end, fighting non boss enemies with the machine gun becomes a joke. You will have no need to dodge or move anymore. Just stand still and fire.
